If you have questions about a bill you have received, please contact our Billing Office at (919) 384-0700. We are happy to you assist you during our regular business hours: Monday from 8am to 7pm, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8am to 5pm, and Friday, from 8am to 2pm.

Setting up a 10-month, interest-free payment plan with your first statement
